No. We work door‑to‑door at €75/hr, which includes travel time. Parking or toll fees (if any) are passed through at cost.

Yes. We handle Windows Server, Synology/Linux, UniFi networking and Microsoft 365 administration. For larger projects we’ll propose a fixed scope.

We offer SLA add‑ons with response targets, monitoring and regular reporting. Tell us your hours and critical systems; we’ll tailor a plan.

The first hour is charged in full; after that we bill in 15‑minute increments. Remote fixes under one hour are billed for the actual time spent.
