FAQ

Please contact your datacenter, of qupra we have our own access card and key. We ask for a LOA to begin work here. Databarn provides QR codes for us, and they open the rack for us. Please note: for databarn emergency maintenance can be an issue.

We bring standard hand tools,console/KVM,RJ45 cables, Power cables and common SFP/SFP+ optics. Please note any special parts in your brief.

Yes, we ask to be notified atleast 48h beforehand.

Yes, these are not datacenters we have handson experience, travel fees and availability vary by location.
